Why I'm Thankful for a Typographical Error

Joe Van Cleave's Assignment No. 12

The red caps produced by the Singer Scholastic T-4 typewriter are due to a fluke when I was adjusting the ribbon vibrator mechanism to get it to work. I liked the result, so have kept the machine adjusted that way.
